Delivery Locations & Time
We currently deliver in India to approximately 3000 locations through First Flight courier service. In case a location is not covered by Courier service, we send the goods through Indian Speed Post.
We deliver even a single bottle anywhere in India !!! We normally despatch order within 2 days from date of receipt and you will receive automated sms/email on next day of despatch of parcel with courier particulars and tracking options.
Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns which are not easily accessible or are in remote locations, it can take upto 1-7 Days from the time of pickup to deliver a consignment. There is no pickup or delivery of your order by courier services on Sunday and Holidays.
As per contractual agreement with Dr.Reckeweg & Co, Germany we are not in a position to despatch medicines outside India, Nepal and Bangladesh, However for certain countries we may export outside India subject to certain terms and conditions for which you are requested to contact us at archana@reckeweg-india.com

In order to provide good service and timely & efficient deliveries, please give us your correct Pin-code and your correct phone number. If you want to change the shipping address you have specified on placing the order, you can send us an email and we will accommodate the change if the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse.
